Sinerlog, an American technology startup with a presence in several countries, recently announced the launch of a global commerce platform called Cross Commerce as a Service – C²aaS, which aims to make the process of importing and exporting orders simple and plug and play. This is possible due to integrations with all actors in the chain around the world through an intelligent technology model, capable of predicting and solving all the challenges of the global cross-border.

Today the e-commerce market moves more than 8 trillion dollars globally and crossborder e-commerce already exceeds the 1 trillion mark. In 2021, the number of global digital shoppers was 2.14 billion, which means that at least 27% of the world’s population shopped online to meet their needs.

The platform is a “one stop solution”, which means that the seller finds all the necessary tools to transact in global e-commerce without having to worry about any other resource.

Designed for the plug and play model, the platform is “Asset Light”, it does not have its own physical assets and its mission is to have the best players connected and organize the entire purchase journey, from the collection and storage of the product that can be anywhere in the world, including integration with marketplaces, customs clearance and final delivery at the customer’s home.

With the entire logistics chain connected and under a strong model of compliance and security, Sinerlog is able to offer an international shopping experience that offers conditions for delivery to occur on time, taxation is correct and even covered by crossborder insurance up to then non-existent in the Brazilian market.

The platform also features digital wallet resources, an integration hub connected to the main marketplaces and logistics operators in the world, integration with payment gateways, seller certification and background-check together with electronic invoice, automatic models for optimized taxation, insights and business analytics, open API for integration plus many other features.

In the current scenario of change in Brazil, including the publication of IN2124 that creates clear rules for the sector, the expectation is to implement the platform in the main retailers by the end of 2023. “We are very optimistic with the changes in regulation that put the market on an equal stage and with what the Sinerlog platform will provide to global retailers, further enhancing its growth and performance”, says Fábio Baracat, CEO of Sinerlog.
